Role: Factory Analyst
Location: Warrington
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - 6 am to 6 pm
We’re looking for a Factory Analyst to join our team at our Warrington site, working in the Control Room alongside our Systems and Front Bank teams. Reporting to the Factory Analyst Manager, you'll be at the heart of factory operations, ensuring systems run smoothly to support production flow and resolve issues quickly.
This is a varied and hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys working with systems, data and people. You’ll play a critical part in keeping our warehouse operations running efficiently by analysing production performance, resolving system challenges and ensuring accurate data flow.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Monitor operational dashboards and systems (Meraki, Zabbix, Power BI) to identify and escalate issues promptly
* Provide first-line support for factory systems, coordinating resolution steps with relevant teams
* Create and deliver reports to track line performance and operational metrics using Excel or Google Sheets
* Align stock profiles and ensure accurate updates in the warehouse management system
* Investigate and triage stock and order issues, collaborating with planning and warehouse teams
* Review and resolve order shortages in coordination with production teams
* Ensure the timely processing of production orders into systems
* Support the team in achieving key departmental KPIs
* Act as the first point of contact for real-time queries using Slack, radio and CCTV systems
Who You Are
* Confident working with spreadsheets and data, with strong Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
* Comfortable learning and applying new IT and tech tools
* Ideally have experience in a warehouse or production administration environment
* Familiar with warehouse management systems or similar tools
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to analyse information and use data to support decisions
* Clear communicator, both in writing and verbally
* Calm under pressure and able to prioritise effectively
* Willing to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (6am to 6pm) and provide cover for colleagues when needed
