As a Customer Agent, you will be the first point of contact for residents, dealing with a wide range of enquiries on the phone and online including requests for council services, making appointments, giving advice on a range of applications, and helping people to fill in forms online.
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, energetic and self‑motivated, who can adapt well to any given situation while maintaining the delivery of high‑quality customer care.
This varied role means that two days are never the same, and we are looking for polite and helpful people to join our team.
We adopt a flexible approach to working which involves an element of home working but also a requirement to attend office locations, as requested, to carry out the role and other duties. Previous experience is not essential as we can provide the necessary training.
The contact centre is operational Monday‑Friday 08.30 – 18.00, 37 hours contract per week.
