Customer Service Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for customers, you will handle enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience throughout the customer journey.
The Role
In this key role, you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, web, and in person. You will create and send quotes based on received information, provide accurate details about products and services, and maintain and update customer records on internal systems.

Key Requirements
