Your new role
As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function and driving business performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
2. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
3. Monitoring cost control and profitability across production lines
4. Supporting decision-making with insightful financial analysis
5. Liaising with operational teams to improve financial understanding
6. Ensuringpliance with internal controls and reporting standards
What you'll need to succeed
7. Proven experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within manufacturing
8. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
9. Excellent knowledge of management accounting principles and cost analysis
10. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (experience with Sage or similar is advantageous)
11. A proactive approach and ability tomunicate effectively across departments
12. Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) preferred
