Scheduling Team Leader Location: Salford, Manchester Industry: Maintenance / Facilities Management Job Type: Permanent Start Date: Immediate or following notice period Salary: £32,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm My client are currently recruiting for an experienced Scheduling Team Leader to join a well-established maintenance organisation based in Salford, Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong planning and leadership experience who enjoys managing people, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced environment. About the Role As Scheduling Team Leader, you'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the scheduling/contact centre function. You'll lead, support, and develop a team of operatives while ensuring service delivery, compliance, and performance targets are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of contact centre operatives Take responsibility for the daily operational and functional management of the contact centre Conduct monthly 1-to-1 meetings, supporting performance and development Maintain training documentation, identify training needs, and support skills development Assist management with the rollout of new processes and continuous improvements Ensure all compliance procedures and internal processes are followed correctly Support a positive, efficient, and customer-focused working environment What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years' experience in a contact centre environment Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role Strong ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands Excellent communication and people management skills High attention to detail with a proactive approach Confident leading a team within a fast-paced and changing environment Interested?
