The Role As a Client Account Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of key services to one of our prestigious clients. You'll manage service performance, ensure SLAs and KPIs are exceeded, and be a trusted partner in the ongoing development of our client relationship. You’ll oversee a team of around 100 colleagues, so strong leadership, excellent communication, and sound commercial acumen are essential. What’s in it for you?
