Customer Relationship Management Specialist – Based in Reading, Berkshire. Office-based with occasional Birmingham visits.

Responsibilities
* Add, validate and monitor new leads against set criteria.
* Think outside the box to identify opportunities to feed our sales pipeline.
* Support the Senior Business Development Manager with the coordination of key activities including monthly BD commissions, internal meeting scheduling, document management, and support for internal campaigns.
* Work closely with our Business Intelligence Director to produce and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and briefing materials to track performance, support meetings, and drive data-informed decisions.
* Be the company champion for all things HubSpot.
Skills & Experience
* 2+ years’ experience with HubSpot, with the confidence to act as a system lead.
* Strong time management and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication skills.
