They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Scotland, primarily near Falkirk with occasional support in Shetland. Your Role and Responsibilities
* Cost control, forecasting, and budgeting across live projects
* Handling applications for payment, valuations, and cash tracking
* Monitoring project costs and ensuring accurate reporting
* Managing subcontractors, including payments
* Overseeing variations, claims, and cost recovery processes
* Ensuring contract administration aligns with project requirements
* Collaborating with procurement and delivery teams
* Building effective on‑site relationships to contribute to project success
