THE ROLE The Ecomm Manager owns the onsite customer journey - UX, navigation, merchandising, on-site content, product presentation, conversion performance and CRO. You sit within the Trade Engine, directly impacting revenue and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Site Ownership Own Shopify performance and experience end-to-end. Ensure fast load-time, intuitive navigation, flawless mobile experience. Maintain best-in-class PDPs, imagery, sizing, fit guidance and messaging. Merchandising & CRO Lead onsite merchandising strategy aligned with trade cycles. Run CRO tests and experiments to lift conversion rate and revenue. Analyse heatmaps, session recordings, click data and customer behaviour. International Ensure US other markets are optimised for shipping, duty, messaging, conversion. Maintain localisation strategy and market-specific nuances. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Performance on landing pages. Partner with Brand on on-site branding and storytelling. Partner with Ops on stock, sizing, alerts and pre-orders.
