You're an experienced Operations Director, with a strong leadership capability, strategic vision and an appetite for change. You're client centric, and you leverage technology and data to enhance results.
What you'll do:
* Drive operational excellence by establishing and ensuring the achievement of company OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
* Provide leadership and strategic direction to our onboarding and client services teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine processes, implement cutting-edge technology, and elevate the overall client experience.
* Develop and maintain a client-centric approach, aligning all operational activities with the goal of delivering best-in-class service to our customers.
* Continuously monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and spearhead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
* Act as a key advisor to the COO, contributing to long-term strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level.

* A strong track record of leadership within the financial services industry, with in-depth knowledge of onboarding processes and client service operations.
