Real Estate Associate - 2-4 PQE - Up to £67,000
This is an exclusive opportunity to join an award-winning, Legal 500-ranked real estate team within a modern, dynamic and supportive firm in Manchester that is experiencing strong organic growth.
The 20-lawyer team, which has welcomed two new partners in the past year and is led by a junior equity partner advising developers, housing associations, local authorities, government bodies and landowners on development and regeneration projects nationwide, as well as acquisitions, disposals and renewable energy matters.
With limited mid-level resource in the team, this role offers high-quality work, significant autonomy and real progression prospects.
The Candidate
* A Real Estate Associate/ Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE
* Clear understanding of buying, and selling land, development experience is advantageous.
* Strong team player, who is prompt in meeting financial goals, and achieving targets.
* Effective communicator, and negotiator establishing professional relationships, with clients and colleagues.
* Flexible, ambitious, results oriented with a track record of maintaining business, and client relationships.
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative whilst maintaining a positive team spirit at all time.
* Willing to spend time if required in the firm's other office.
* Experience acting for landowners and/or developers (in the private or public sector) would be beneficial.
