Chemical process operator

We are looking for a number of Chemical Process Operators for a 12-Month contract based in Solihull on behalf of Rolls-Royce who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planets vital power needs.


As a Chemical Process Operator, you will be:

1. Using manual electroplating techniques such as Lead Indium and nickel to electroplate bearings
2. Operating manual electroplating and or anodising lines, jigging components, cleaning parts and measuring coating thicknesses.
3. Inputting data into chart recorders
4. Coating of high integrity components of varying sizes to tight engineering tolerances.
5. Use of manual grit blasting equipment to prepare parts for coating
6. Making chemical additions to process tanks and completing TPM.
