Located in Leeds, our client operates several outstanding settings catering to children aged 0-5 years. These settings prioritise the welfare of the children, seeking caring individuals who prioritise the children's well-being and foster strong relationships with both the children and their families. As a creative practitioner in the early years, you'll have the opportunity to implement your knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, working alongside proactive professionals in a collaborative team environment. The Responsibilities:
9. Plan creative and age-appropriate activities to support children's specific development
10. Conduct accurate observations to document each child's progress
11. Assist with children's hygiene routines and mealtimes
12. Contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment
13. Uphold safeguarding protocols and maintain daily diary records
14. Be an enthusiastic and proactive team member
15. Support colleagues with key worker responsibilities
The Requirements:
16. Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service or willingness to obtain one through Randstad
17. Previous experience working with children aged 0-5 is essential
18. NVQ Level 3 or above/equivalent qualification
19. Excellent communication skills
20. Strong work ethic and professional demeanour
21. Eligibility to work in the UK
22. Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum

24. Paediatric first aid training
25. Food and hygiene training
26. Health and safety training
