As Study Programme Manager, you will lead and develop our sport study programmes, driving outstanding learner achievement, progression and employability outcomes while ensuring an exceptional student experience. You will also take a leading role in strengthening our Football Development and Performance Programme, creating innovative opportunities that connect education with the professional sports industry. What we're looking for:
1. Excellent knowledge of a range of sports and a passion for inspiring future professionals
2. Teaching qualification at Level 5 or above, or willingness to work towards one
3. Proven ability to motivate learners and support outstanding student achievement and progression
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork
5. Organised, proactive and able to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
6. Confident, adaptable and able to respond positively to challenging situations
7. High expectations of yourself and your learners, with a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
What we offer:
8. Annual Salary: £30,966 to £39,917 depending on experience
9. Full-time position, 37 hours per week, all year round.
