Key- Health are recruiting on behalf of a specialist education provider seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support children and young people aged 6–19 with a range of additional needs.
This is a well-resourced, highly supportive setting working with learners with MLD, SLD, autism, ADHD, sensory and physical impairments, and complex medical needs. You’ll join a skilled team with access to therapeutic support, outdoor learning spaces and excellent facilities.

The Role
• Support students’ learning across classroom, outdoor and community settings
• Assist learners with MLD, SLD, autism, PMLD and complex medical needs
• Promote independence, communication and confidence
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Provide personal care and physical intervention where required
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff
What We’re Looking For
• Genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
• Compassion, patience and a positive attitude
• Willingness to train — all qualifications fully funded
• Strong communication skills (including adaptation for individual needs)
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
