Job Summary
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a member of the temporary workforce as a Service Delivery Manager working within the Medicine Division. The team is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to take on the role of Service Delivery Manager for a busy department. The post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering a safe and effective service for the Medicine multidisciplinary teams during an exciting time of development. This role is responsible for the successful operational delivery of medicine services to a high standard of patient and clinical satisfaction. The role will also be supporting the planning and implementation of service improvements and co‑ordination of operational teams. In addition, the post holder will have line management responsibilities for administrative support staff – medical secretaries, waiting list coordinators and pathway coordinators. You will need to have previous experience of line management, healthcare leadership, experience of working autonomously to meet challenging deadlines or equivalent experience.
