Responsibilities
* Ensure store standards are maintained and audit processes are followed.
* Lead the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
* Manage daily store operations, including opening, closing, and staffing schedules.
* Develop and coach staff to enhance performance and engagement.
* Maintain accurate reporting and analytics to inform business decisions.
