Organisational Design (Interim, 4 Months) – Senior People Business Partner North East (hybrid working) My client has an immediate requirement for an experienced Senior People Business Partner to lead key organisational effectiveness projects during a short-term assignment. This is a strategic, hands-on role with a strong emphasis on organisational design and operating model optimisation. The successful candidate will drive one critical priority: * Refining organisational design and Target Operating Models (TOMs) across multiple business areas following a recent headcount review Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will simplify complex processes, strengthen collaboration, and ensure operating models are practical, clearly understood, and embedded.
