We're looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative to support new business growth and help drive revenue across regional markets.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying and qualifying new opportunities across services including IT Managed Services, Cybersecurity, HR & Recruitment, Training, and Apprenticeships.
You'll play a key role in generating interest, building early-stage relationships, and setting up qualified meetings for our Senior/Business Development Managers and wider sales team. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in sales and business development within a fast-paced, diverse, and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include:
1. Research and identify prospective clients across various industries, from SMEs to large enterprises.
2. Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
3. Book discovery calls and meetings for senior sales colleagues.
4. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure follow-up activity is logged and tracked.
5. Share market insights and feedback from prospects with internal teams.
6. Support marketing and sales campaigns to drive engagement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Number of qualified meetings booked.
* Volume and quality of prospect engagements.
* CRM accuracy and usage.
* Contribution to pipeline growth and lead conversion.
* Responsiveness and follow-through on outreach.
