Kitchen Assistant Catering and Hospitality - Earlsferry House Care Home Contract: Part Time Salary: £12.71 Per Hour Shift type: Days Contracted hours: 24 Earlsferry House Care Home is a charming, converted period home set beside the beach in the coastal town of Elie, Fife, with stunning views across Elie Bay. The home provides Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 26 residents in a warm and welcoming environment, where its smaller, close knit setting allows you to build meaningful relationships and make a real difference every day as part of a supportive team. Kitchen Assistant £12.71 per hour 24 hours per week Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract Role Overview As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support the kitchen team in preparing and delivering high quality meals while maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment. Your role is essential in ensuring meals are prepared efficiently and to a high standard, contributing to the overall wellbeing and daily experience of our residents. You will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness across all kitchen areas, support with deliveries and ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times. Working closely with the wider team, you will help ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and safely.
