🩺 Key Responsibilities
Lead your shift with confidence, positivity, and compassion
Provide high-quality person-centred care tailored to each resident
Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
Administer medications and maintain accurate records
Develop and implement care plans
Continuously learn and evolve to deliver outstanding care 👤 About You Personal Qualities: Warm, approachable, friendly, and positive
Knowledge & Qualifications: Valid NMC registration; ongoing professional development; strong person-centred care understanding
Skills & Experience:
Confident in leading night shifts
Experience in dementia or end-of-life care
Skilled in building positive relationships
Familiar with electronic care planning (PCS desirable)
