We’re looking for an Operations Manager to take on a high-impact role across Scotland for a growing QSR.
The patch covers 9 sites across Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Dundee. It’s a large geography with a mix of drive-thrus, retail parks and shopping centre locations, so you need to be comfortable working across different types of sites.
The business has grown quickly, but there hasn’t been enough consistency. Leadership changes have had an impact, standards have slipped in places, and there is more revenue to unlock than what is currently being delivered.
The opportunity is big. The brand is strong, the market is there, and there is a lot more that can be done with the region.
Current challenges:
* Lack of consistent leadership
* Standards not being maintained across all sites
* Missed sales opportunities
* Drop in repeat customer experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and aligning a team of 9 General Managers
* Getting into each site and understanding performance issues
* Setting clear expectations and ways of working
* Driving accountability and consistent follow-up
* Rebuilding standards across the region
* Working with wider teams to bring in support where needed
This role needs someone who is hands-on and not afraid to get into the detail. You’ll need to be visible across the region, confident in your decisions, and able to bring people with you.
You’ll likely be:
* An experienced Area Manager or Operations Manager in QSR or high-volume hospitality
* Strong on standards, people, and performance
* Used to managing multiple sites across a wide area
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
* Based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, or somewhere in between
