Key Responsibilities Support the store manager in all aspects of boutique operations, including opening/closing, inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining the boutique's curated aesthetic. Lead, inspire and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional personalized service-befitting our luxury retail identity. Act as an ambassador for our brand, providing styling advice, building client relationships, and driving repeat, loyal customers. Monitor sales performance, KPIs and assist in achieving financial targets while maintaining store standards and budget. Collaborate with head office on inventory management, stock replenishment, promotions, and new collection launches. Uphold and communicate brand values and boutique ambience-ensuring every detail, from product placement to client interactions, echoes our aspirational brand world. What We're Looking For At least 2 years' experience in fashion or luxury retail-ideally with some supervisory or assistant managerial exposure. A natural stylist with impeccable taste, who lives and breathes fashion, blending initiative with commercial savvy. Strong leadership ability: empathetic, confident, and energizing-you elevate your team's performance.
