Are you a strategic change leader who loves delivering major transformation? Do you enjoy guiding teams through complex change and making sure new ways of working really stick? We are looking for a Business Change Consulting Manager in this role, you’ll join our team within Aerospace, Defence and Security, where we focus on delivering high‑impact digital transformation for central government clients. You’ll shape and lead business change strategies across large‑scale ERP, MES and PLM programmes, helping our clients achieve real operational results. You’ll also play a key part in developing our team, mentoring others, sharing expertise and supporting a collaborative, people‑centred culture.
This is a hybrid role where you will be onsite 2/3 days per week at your closest location of either Bristol, Manchester or Chester.

What you'll be doing
* Leading end‑to‑end business change strategies for transformation programmes, from design through to adoption and sustainability.
* Driving stakeholder engagement and influence at all levels – from shop‑floor teams to executive steering groups.
* Overseeing ERP, MES and PLM programme delivery, including SAP S/4HANA, alignment and work‑instruction integration.
* Mentoring and developing colleagues to help grow the change capability within the team.
* Designing and facilitating workshops to shape requirements, align expectations and support decision making.
What you’ll bring
* Strong experience leading major business change programmes in industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organisational levels.
* Hands‑on understanding of ERP (SAP S/4HANA/ECC), MES and PLM systems, and how they integrate with business processes.
* Experience in Value Stream Mapping and process improvement.
* Demonstrated leadership skills including mentoring and capability building.
* Practical experience driving post‑go‑live adoption and measurable benefits.
It would be great if you had
* Experience with PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill or 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA.
* Knowledge of EBOM–MBOM reconciliation and digital thread concepts.
* Understanding of Digital Design, Manufacturing and Services (DDMS).

Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent.
Location: Near Bristol, Manchester or Chester – you will be required to be onsite 3 days a week in any of these locations.
Security Clearance Level: Eligible for SC and DV.

Salary: £70,000 – £90,000.
Benefits: 10% bonus, £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
