Customer Experience Executive – Residential Property Developer\n\nLocation: Uxbridge, Middlesex (Office-based)\n\nSector: Customer Services / Real Estate\n\nThe Opportunity:\n\nWe’re working with a high-performing residential and mixed-use property developer that’s delivering exceptional communities across Greater London. Backed by a leading international property group, this award-winning business is known for its strong focus on design, sustainability, and customer service excellence.\n\nThey’re now looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join their Sales Support team. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding service and want to be part of a growing, purpose-led company in the property development sector, this could be your next great move.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nReporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you’ll manage the customer journey from the moment of reservation through to post-handover support.

Your mission To ensure a smooth, positive experience that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals.\n\nKey Responsibilities Include:\n\nOverseeing the full customer journey, ensuring every touchpoint meets the highest standards.\n\nProactively managing customer expectations and addressing queries.\n\nActing as a key liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Site, and Aftercare.\n\nPromoting consistent, clear communication to keep customers informed at every step.\n\nGathering feedback to help enhance processes and improve the overall customer experience.\n\nSupporting initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).\n\nCoordinating post-handover support and resolving any aftercare issues effectively.\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile:\n\nStrong empathy and communication skills – you're naturally customer-focused.\n\nDetail-oriented, organised, and confident managing time-sensitive processes.\n\nComfortable handling customer interactions via phone, email, and messaging apps.\n\nFamiliar with housebuilding or property development processes (preferred).\n\nA collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.\n\nWhat’s On Offer:\n\nA competitive salary package and a suite of core and lifestyle benefits, including:\n\n25 days holiday + bank holidays (plus trading scheme & long-service days)\n\nGroup Pension Scheme & Life Insurance\n\nBupa Dental Cover & Employee Assistance Programme\n\nVirtual GP access\n\nSalary sacrifice scheme for electric vehicles\n\nCycle to Work, gym membership discounts, health cash plan\n\nPerks and retail discounts via Perkpal\n\nTech Scheme & Payroll Giving options\n\nThe Culture:\n\nThis is a forward-thinking, people-first employer that values inclusivity, wellbeing, and professional growth.
