We troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues. We handle IP management, network connectivity, SAN storage, and VMware environments. We maintain accurate documentation and workflow tracking via JIRA. We translate infrastructure requirements into structured test builds. We collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams.
