Knovia has an exciting new role for a Executive Assistant to join this incredible journey of creating social impact and professional mobility and support our Executive colleagues and senior leaders.
Location: Remote based with travel required for meetings
Salary: £40,000 - 45,000
Knovia are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Assistant to join their journey of expansion, and support our board with EA duties to enable them to deliver on key projects and drive the business to achieve its strategic goals and deliver impact, growth and change.
If you're an experienced Executive Assistant, with proven success in supporting C-Suite and Board level colleagues, and providing a quality support service whilst engaging multiple activities simultaneously and managing complex diaries remotely then we want to hear from you!!
Role Responsibilities
. Supporting CEO to lead the business to achieve our strategic goals and objectives
· Organise and schedule meetings for Chief Executive and wider Executive and Senior Leadership Team where appropriate
· Organise communications both internally and externally, to ensure a consistent message is delivered at all times
. Liaise with Business Services team to coordinate a number of activities including meeting and travel bookings
. Diary and email management for CEO, or central/other mailboxes if required
· Management of the monthly board report process ensuring all contributors are meeting deadlines
· Attend and take minutes for meetings both remotely and in person where needed
· Proactively promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people you are responsible for or come into contact with
What we need from you
· Experience working as Personal/Executive Assistant to Chief Executive or Board Level
· Being part of a national, remote business and providing effective support to senior stakeholders
· Managing changing priorities and numerous projects simultaneously
· Strong understanding of the complexities of supporting senior stakeholders
. Advanced IT capability with effective MS Office skills including Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook
· Flexible with the ability to travel nationally and commit to potential overnight stays as required
