Pharmacy Manager
Hull
£28 per hour
Full-Time, Permanent (4 weekdays plus Saturday, 9:00am to 5:30pm)
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a community pharmacy located within a busy shopping centre in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist to grow and develop as a Pharmacy Manager and lead a friendly and supportive team.
* Provide all NHS services, including Pharmacy First
* 10,000 items a month
* Use of ProScript pharmacy system
* Lead and manage a team of 3 experienced dispensers
* Ensure full compliance with GPhC standards and all legal and ethical guidelines
* No requirement to offer or manage private services, allowing full focus on NHS service delivery
* High footfall location with steady dispensing volume
Requirements:
* Must be a GPhC-registered Pharmacist
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in community pharmacy (preferably in a manager or supervisory role)
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team
* Comfortable managing a busy dispensary environment
