Who You Are
* Essential: Significant previous experience as a School Business Manager or in a senior school-based operational role is a must.
* A seasoned professional with a background in Finance, HR, or Operations (CSBM/DSBM qualified preferred).
* A leader who can inspire an administrative team while maintaining a "common-sense" approach to problem-solving.
* Essential: You must have the Right to Work in the UK.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary Range: £48,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience).
