About Us: Dimensions is one of the country's largest not-for-profit organizations dedicated to supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, behaviors of distress, and complex needs. Role Overview: We are looking for compassionate and dynamic individuals to join our residential home in Littlehampton, where we provide comprehensive support to people with learning disabilities. As a support worker, you will help maintain contact with family and friends, facilitate community activities like bowling, theater shows, and zoo visits, and support daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. At home, you will also enjoy engaging in board games and movies with residents. Please note that regular personal care is involved.
