Housing Concierge
Earn £12.60 ph or Salary £24,638 pa, sleep in payment and great benefits including Health Cash Plan
Permanent, Full time (37.5 hpw), this is rota based and usually 4 nights on and 4 nights off.
West Yorkshire including Leeds, Huddersfield and surrounding areas.

What you’ll do
7. Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas
8. Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning
9. The first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network isn’t around to help!
10. Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly
11. Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour

You have
12. Calm under pressure with great communication skills
13. Passion and experience in supporting others, either personally or professionally
14. Good judgement and clear communication
15. You recognise when things are about to go wrong and are confident intervening in a sensitive way.
16. To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!

Job details
17. Travel between different services to help support or customers across West Yorkshire
18. Working some days but mostly nights on a 4 on 4 off rotation.
19. Although you’ll work nights / lone work, we do get together regularly for training and team meetings
20. Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues
21. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done (we pay for it)
