Electrical Supervisor
Location: HMP Downview - SM2 5PD
Salary: £49,275.42
Contract: Permanent Full Time - 39 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at HMP Downview, a Category C women's prison. Join a team that is more than just a group of colleagues – we work Monday to Friday/Sunday as a supportive and driven family, working together to create a safe and nurturing environment.

As the Facilities Maintenance Team we are committed to driving the smooth and safe operation, like a heart that pumps blood through the body. As an Electrical Supervisor you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, to cleaners, and administrators, and others, who are all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all.
Qualifications & Experience
* Five years' experience as an electrician or equivalent
* Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical, building services
* Experience of supervising staff
* Full driving licence, preferably with D1
* C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
* Certificate in BS7671 – The Requirements For Electrical Installations (18th Edition)
* Good Health & Safety knowledge
* Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
