What You’ll Do
* Manage and coordinate medical cases for international clients and dependants
* Provide remote medical advice via phone and digital platforms
* Liaise with global healthcare providers to gather medical info and coordinate treatment
* Review medical reports and assess standards of care
* Recommend fitness to travel and provide pre-travel medical guidance
About You
* NMC-registered (RGN) with at least 3 years’ post-registration experience
* Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
* Collaborative and comfortable in a multidisciplinary team
* Confident using technology to deliver remote patient care
* Experience in medical assistance, case management, or insurance is a bonus
