Reed are currently working with a forward thinking established global law firm in the recruitment of a Client Services Executive. You will be tasked as the first point of contactfor visitors and clients, both in person and over the telephone. Your primary responsibility is to create a positive and professional first impression, demonstratingexceptional customer careand maintaining a high level of professionalism.
About the role:
* Meeting and greeting clients is a welcoming and professional manner, providing the best hospitality possible.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service when answering telephone queries and welcoming clients and visitors.
* Manage the bookings of rooms for meetings and liaisingwith hosts and clients alike.
* Setting up conference room equipment as required, to include laptops, screens, projectors.
* Bookingclient transportation.
* Carrying out ad-hoc administrative duties.
About you:
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and other IT software.
* Experience and comfortability in a professional, corporate environment.
* Exceptionallyorganised, capable of planning and prioritizing work, paying meticulous attention to detail.
* Adaptable interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with diverse styles and personalities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to provide support outside regular hours if needed.
* Handles complaints or queries calmly and professionally, escalating as required
This is a full time position based between the usual hours of 8:30am - 17:00pm.
Salary: £24,000 per annum.
