Head of Graduate Recruitment | Recruitment and Talent Function | Northampton (Onsite)
In this role you will lead the development of an existing graduate recruitment programme with the purpose of hiring exceptional graduates directly into a dynamic and fast-growing business.

A typical day in this role includes:
* Effectively managing the recruitment cycle for graduate hires across the business
* Directly sourcing candidates, using your existing knowledge of graduate hiring tools and job boards
* Liaising with the Head of Talent to identify recruitment needs and support throughout each stage of the process
* Screening, interviewing and communicating with candidates, and drafting job descriptions and other media to support recruitment efforts
* Be a brand ambassador for our company, driving talent, passion and spark
* Utilising recruitment software and digital solutions to drive efficiency and processes
* Consistently driving talent attraction via Social Media platforms, Job Boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Attending regional recruitment events and traveling as required to various locations in the UK for recruitment events and assessment days
* Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process, encouraging hiring managers to keep this in mind always
* Working with the Head of Talent to support recruitment and business projects as needed

Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience in an in‑house function or recruitment agency
* Previous experience in graduate recruitment is preferred
* Helpful, but not a requirement, would be a sound understanding of a sales or finance environment
* Working knowledge of UK, and ROI right to work legislation
* Demonstrated ability to show accuracy and exemplary attention to detail
* Experience of working with data systems or ATS
