In a nutshell
You might currently be working in a company secretarial, governance, or entity management role, where accuracy, organisation, and compliance sit at the heart of everything you do. You’re the person colleagues turn to when things need to be done properly, efficiently, and on time — because you know how to balance technical expertise with practical delivery.
You thrive in an environment where no two days are the same: one moment you’re diving into complex statutory matters, the next you’re coaching your team or advising senior stakeholders. You enjoy shaping processes, raising standards, and ensuring the function runs like a well‑oiled machine.
This is a role with real influence — perfect for someone who wants to blend operational leadership, governance expertise, and team development to make a meaningful impact.

6. Monitor regulatory changes and update internal processes and best‑practice standards.
7. Drive service quality through audits, reviews, feedback, and process improvements.
8. Manage fee structures, billing accuracy, WIP monitoring, and client onboarding/offboarding.
9. Optimise workflows, inbox management, and system use (e.g., First Order, Practice Engine).
10. Mentor, develop, and line manage the team, embedding high standards and consistency.
