Workload & Structure
8. 5+ sessions
9. 8 urgent appointments per day only
10. Remaining workload managed from your own patient list
11. Protected follow-up slots (GP-controlled)
12. No traditional duty doctor model – Triage GP filters and distributes workload
13. Virtually no home visits (Paramedics + Frailty team)
14. No evenings or weekends
