Requirements
* HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a similar contracting role
* Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g. JCT, NEC), including design and build
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and cost management software
* Confident in taking off quantities with a solid understanding of standard forms of measurement (e.g., SMM7, NRM, CESMM)
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and collaboratively
* Full UK driving licence
Personal Qualities
We are looking for a punctual, self-motivated individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Clear and professional communication—both face-to-face and via digital means—is essential. A proactive attitude, commercial awareness, and a commitment to delivering quality work will be key to your success in this role.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary and company vehicle or allowance
* Opportunities for career development and professional growth.
* Supportive, collaborative team environment.
* Involvement in diverse and exciting projects across a range of sectors.
