Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join the Rushcliffe LMHT as part of the community transformation programme, aligning with the long-term plan for community services. The role involves working with adults with various mental health difficulties, providing complex case management and clinical interventions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support triage of referrals and conduct assessments.
2. Develop personalized care plans.
3. Provide specialist interventions.
4. Promote patient recovery and coordinate with partner agencies and primary care for safe discharge.
5. Support and supervise junior staff and students through clinical supervision and mentorship.
Qualifications and Skills
Skills and experience working with adults with mental health difficulties requiring complex interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex cases in partnership with other agencies.
Additional Information
Applicants will need to pay for their DBS check (£26.40 standard or £54.40 enhanced), with costs deducted from salary over the first two months. Enrolment in the DBS Update Service is encouraged (£16/year).
