Were a small team with big ambition and were looking for an experienced HR Consultant who can hit the ground running and deliver excellent service. The Role This is a client-facing, field-based role. While you'll have a desk at our Warwick office, youll spend much of your time out supporting clients onsite across Warwickshire, providing proactive HR support tailored to each business. Key Responsibilities: Manage your own portfolio of clients (including 23 larger accounts and several SMEs). Provide clear, commercial HR advice on a wide range of matters. Attend regular onsite meetings with clients youll be the face of our service. Handle day-to-day HR admin including letters, employee records, and compliance updates. Coordinate and manage HR processes: onboarding, leavers, changes, probations, etc. Deliver HR metrics, monthly reports, and payroll-related data. Support with employee relations: note-taking, documentation, and guidance. Keep policies, handbooks, and procedures up to date and compliant. Participate in recruitment and project-based work as needed. What Were Looking For Strong generalist HR experience, ideally with multiple clients or sectors. CIPD qualified or equivalent experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working independently, with a proactive mindset. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Confident using MS Office and HR systems. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Warwickshire.
