The Role
As Social Media & PR Executive, you will:
* Plan & implement PR and organic/paid social media strategies aligned with Williams Group and manufacturer brand guidelines.
* Develop and manage a content calendar across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
* Manage online communities, building engagement, relationships, and brand advocacy.
* Support the Group Marketing Manager with PR campaigns, press releases, and media opportunities.
* Act as the day-to-day contact for social media and PR enquiries, liaising with agencies and manufacturers.
* Monitor social media sentiment, customer feedback, and online reviews, responding appropriately.
* Produce monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights to drive growth and retention.
* Research and trial new digital channels and technologies to enhance our marketing efforts.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in a social media or PR role (agency or client-side).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
* Creative flair and the ability to adapt brand tone of voice across multiple channels.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
* A proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in automotive retail marketing (desirable but not essential).
* Proficiency in social media management tools, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Media, English, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* CIM qualification (preferred but not essential).
* Full UK driving licence.
