The Role We are seeking a commercially driven, bold, and creative Marketing Director to lead and execute our global marketing strategy. This newly created and pivotal role is responsible for shaping and delivering marketing and communications that drive brand relevance, fuel business growth, and strengthen employee engagement. As the leader of a team of four, you’ll take ownership of lead generation, brand, events, and content strategy, while acting as a trusted business partner to sales and senior leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and knows how to build awareness and pipeline through strategic execution. The role is based from our office in West London. What we’re looking for A proven marketing leader with experience shaping strategy and building credibility at the highest levels in a dynamic B2B environment. You’ll currently be working in a Marketing Director or Head of Marketing role. Someone who combines strategic vision with creative execution, able to inspire bold ideas and translate them into measurable results. A curious innovator, fluent in digital tools and platforms (HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics and beyond), always eager to test, learn and push boundaries with a focus on AI. A leader who knows how to grow brands and pipelines, with a track record in lead generation and performance marketing that delivers commercial outcomes. An inspirational coach and mentor, able to build, empower and elevate high-performing teams, who thrives delivering as well as leading. A strong connector and collaborator, skilled in building trust with internal teams, clients and partners.
