You will support our Residential, Commercial, Planning & Development, Rural, and Infrastructure teams in reaching and engaging their audiences more effectively, helping to drive business development and profitability. The successful candidate will have a firm grasp of performance marketing and hands-on experience in utilising digital channels to drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and increase audience engagement.

Main tasks:
1. Campaign & Project Ownership: Coordinate and drive the execution of digital marketing initiatives. Work closely with the Head of Digital and Marketing teams to support project development, ensuring all tasks are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
2. Social Media: Lead Carter Jonas’s social media presence, establishing a clear social media strategy and ensuring brand consistency and proactive community engagement across all channels.
3. Data & CRM: Build and manage audience segmentation strategies, champion data quality and compliance, and ensure effective targeting across all digital activity.
4. Digital Presence: Oversee and optimise the firm’s presence on platforms such as Google Business Profile, Microsoft Business Profile, and Trustpilot.
5. Collaboration: Work within the wider Clients & Marketing team (Marketing, Communications, Design, Research and Client Development), supporting the divisional PR and marketing plans, advising on the best strategies to execute key messaging on digital channels.
6. Microsites & Landing Pages: Assist the Head of Digital to build, maintain, and review the firm’s microsites and conversion-optimised landing pages for paid campaigns.
7. Management: Help manage and liaise with the firm’s digital marketing suppliers and agencies, including annual supplier reviews and contract renewals.
