Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master to support a globally distributed IT development team working across the UK and India.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
* Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
* Identify and remove blockers impacting delivery and team productivity.
* Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
* Promote Agile best practices, transparency, and effective communication across teams.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT development projects.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, SDLC.
* Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics projects/environments.
* Experience using Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Ability to work with remote and multicultural teams.
