Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Class 1 Day / Night / Trampers to join our Clients dynamic team. This role involves operating heavy vehicles for the transportation of goods, ensuring timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, along with the ability to adapt to various driving conditions.
Duties
* Operate a Class 1 truck ensuring compliance with all road regulations.
* Amazon deliveries
* Weekend work available
* 5 days on 4 nights out
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and proper functioning.
* Drive to and from depos and ports and be unloaded with those said deliveries
* Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding routes and schedules.
* No hand ball involved,
Experience
* Valid Class 1 Licence CPC and Tacho all in date.
* Proven track record as a delivery driver.
* Held your licence for 2 years +.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* 6 points as a maximum ( 0 preferred )
