We’re working with a modern and ambitious London City Firm that is building serious momentum in the property space. They are looking for a Senior Property Associate who can combine technical strength with leadership, commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to client care.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and managing key residential property transactions including sales, purchases and refinancing
* Acting as a senior figure within the Property team, working closely with the Director of Property
* Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers, paralegals and trainees who report directly to you
* Contributing to budgeting, operational input and maintaining high compliance standards
* Driving business development, nurturing referral networks and expanding the client base
* Playing an active role in maintaining the firm’s high service standards and client experience

* Strong and demonstrable experience across residential property matters with at least 5PQE
* Exceptional client care skills and the ability to communicate clearly and commercially
