An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly analytical individual to join one of the UK’s leading property specialists as a FP&A Analyst. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the continued evolution and ongoing management of our new EPM solution, Jedox, as well as providing analytical analysis and modelling to the business. The scope of this role and the nature of the team will also provide the right candidate with opportunities to develop their broader FP&A and business partnering skills.

Job Summary:
This role will strengthen the analytical skills and applications of the EPM system in the team. It is primarily project-based, focusing on identifying and delivering analytical tools or process efficiencies leveraging Jedox, rather than participating in the BAU monthly reporting cycle. Due to the small team size relative to stakeholders, this role will also support areas of the business with budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of existing acquisition ROI reporting and drive improvements to methodology, efficiency, and output quality. Expert-level Excel skills, including Power Query, are essential.
2. Jedox system development: identify and implement initiatives (with third-party developer support) to improve efficiency and scalability, and ensure continuous improvement of FP&A tools, processes, and methodologies. Support other finance and business areas in leveraging Jedox for reporting, planning, and analytics.
3. Jedox system administration: maintain hierarchies, user access rights, data load processes from source systems (e.g., payroll, CRM, Data Lake), and develop existing reports (with third-party support where necessary).
4. Own the budget and forecast processes for specific divisions within the business.
5. Support key projects such as the Five Year Plan, Data Lake, Acquisition budgeting, and KPI reporting integration for 2025 and beyond.
What are we looking for:
Essential:
* Expert-level Excel skills, including Power Query.
* Experience in using and developing EPM solutions.
* Highly analytical and innovative thinker.
* CIMA / ACCA qualification with at least 3 years of PQE.
Desirable:
* Experience using Jedox in an FP&A role.
* Knowledge of the property market and related services.
