What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
* Occasionally, managing a full store operation independently overnight, responsible for the entire shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
* Ensuring that standards are maintained at a high level to prepare the store for opening and customer service.
* Managing people, including performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling, and pay.
Our nightshift managers work full-time over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary (shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00).

* Comfortable working night shifts and adaptable to their physical and mental impacts, prioritising a safe and healthy environment.
* Experience in line management within a fast-paced, operational setting.
* Resilient to the demands of night work.
* Excellent customer service skills and team coaching abilities.
* Experience in monitoring KPIs or performance metrics.
* Skilled in managing disciplinary, performance, and employee relations issues.
* Capable of leading operations independently in the absence of senior management.
