Your role will include assisting with lesson delivery, preparing resources, maintaining a well-organised classroom, and supporting daily routines. You will help promote positive behaviour and support pupils’ social and emotional wellbeing, ensuring children feel safe, valued, and encouraged.
The role may include supporting pupils with additional learning needs, adapting activities where required and providing reassurance and encouragement. Strong teamwork and communication are essential, as you will work closely with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider school community.
