As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and sustainable environment for our prestigious client.Your expertise will help maintain excellence across all operations — because at Sodexo, you belong to a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What You'll DoCarry out maintenance and reactive tasks on electrical building services equipment.Conduct scheduled inspections and servicing of electrical systems and fixtures.Oversee Life Safety Systems (LSS) and work closely with specialist vendors.Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.Coordinate, permit and supervise contractors for maintenance and repair activities.· Plan and execute small installation and improvement projects where applicablePerform cost and delivery assessments in line with Sodexo procurement standards.Ensure all work complies with health and safety procedures, including risk assessments and lock-out tag-out protocols.Deliver high-quality, timely work with strong ownership and accountability.Collaborate with the wider Technical Team to support site operations across multiple disciplines.Report to immediate superior on any irregularities that might adversely affect the performance of assigned duties.Be willing to report to the site outside of normal hours for emergencies.Participate in an on-call service as required and directedPerform such duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Maintenance & Technical Services Manager, Foreman or such other person as may be designated.Participate in training as required relevant to the scope and development of the roleWhat You'll BringMinimum 3 years' experience in electrical building services and plant maintenance.Level 6 NQAI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice (or equivalent) Must be Fully certified & Qualified by Irish competency standardsStrong communication skills — both written and verbal.Excellent customer service and a proactive, positive attitude.Strong IT and numeracy skills.Full, clean driving licence
